This is the “11th
edition" of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F2 T2) that shares technology tools and resources that can be
integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers.
- The first resource is a phenomenal list of MATH resources!!! http://goo.gl/0UOTXD This blog contains 56 of the best math resource websites available. Parents and teachers of children 3 to 23 who are looking for videos, games, worksheets, printables, lessons, tutorials, calculators, worksheet generators, activities or interactives will likely find what they are looking for.
- The second resource is Powtoon. http://www.powtoon.com/ PowToon is a tool that allows you to create animated
videos and presentations. Great for
students to demonstrate learning as an alternative assessment. AND they are giving away classroom
accounts! Go get them now. Yay!
Several
teachers have requested a website to assist student with typing in preparation
for online assessments. Please check out the resource Typing Web http://www.typingweb.com/ TypingWeb
is a free online typing tutor & keyboarding tutorial for typists of all
skill levels. TypingWeb includes entertaining typing games, typing tests, and
free official typing certification. Teachers are able to monitor their
students’ progress through each lesson.

October is Cybersecurity Month and the District is sending
out great tips for keeping you and the students safe with online learning. The
