Google has step by step instructions for learning more about Google! Google also offers Google for Education Certification tests!   APS CLL GROW.LEAD.TRANSFORM Mini-Grant is here!!!! The 3rd Annual APS CLL GROW.LEAD.TRANSFORM. Mini-grants Applications for APS educators has opened. Please check your email from the Superintendent’s Office for more details. Applications are due on TODAY, December 15th!
  
   Don’t forget!! Registration for APS Tech Fair is open! All projects must be entered no later than Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Just a reminder that the APS Technology Fair is on Saturday, January 20th @ Brown Middle School!  Winners of the APS Technology Fair receive great prizes and a chance to compete at the State Technology Fair!   Do you remember the resources within Promethean Planet? Check out the updated version Promethean Planet within Class Flow(https://classflow.com/) !! There are several new resources including matching, quizzes, lessons and best of all….. It connects to your GOOGLE DRIVE!! Class Flow allows you to share lessons, activities, assessments and more to students on devices (Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, Desktops, mobile devices, etc…) Need assistance with this resource?   APS CLL GROW.LEAD.TRANSFORM Mini-Grant is here!!!! The 3rd Annual APS CLL GROW.LEAD.TRANSFORM. Mini-grants Applications for APS educators has opened. Please check your email from the Superintendent’s Office for more details. Applications are due on December 15th!

  MORE GRANT OPPORTUNITIES!!!! With the first half of the new school year coming to an end, The Beacon, a technology blog, understands that there may be many supplies still needed in the classroom. That’s why they are giving teachers the chance to earn up to $1,000 for purchasing classroom supplies or technology for their classroom. In order for teachers to be eligible to win, they need to submit a tech-focused lesson plan no later than 11:59 PM ET on December 9, 2017 and follow all the guidelines.

  Have you checked out the new updated resources within Quizlet(https://quizlet.com/?) There are several new resources on the Free teacher version including Quizlet Live!! Quizlet Live is an in-class, team-based learning game. Students work together to correctly match a Quizlet set's terms and definitions, and the first team to match all of their terms and definitions wins! Need assistance with this resource? Email me!!

  The Hour of Code begins next week!! The Hour of Code started as a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify "code", to show that anybody can learn the basics, and to broaden participation in the field of computer science. It has since become a worldwide effort to celebrate computer science, starting with 1-hour coding activities. There are several new resources within the https://code.org website and your account is already setup within APS MyBackpack! Fabulous Friday Technology Tip(F2T2)- Volume 5- Thanksgiving Holiday Edition


Congratulations!! Thanksgiving Break 2017 has arrived!!!! 
Greetings!! This is the “Thanksgiving Holiday edition" of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F2 T2) that shares technology tools and resources that can be integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers. These online resources can be used before, during, and after a daily lesson or semester-long unit. Today’s Tip focuses on taking a few seconds to wish all of you a VERY happy Thanksgiving Holiday!! I am thankful for each one of you! I hope that your week is restful and that you get to spend some quality time with family and loved ones!  Enjoy your break, rest and relax!!!
