This is the “7th edition" of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F² T²) that shares technology tools and resources that can be integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers. 

Today’s tip is Teaching Resources by Laura Candler(http://www.lauracandler.com/ ) Here you'll find hundreds of printables, interactive lessons, and engaging activities for the elementary grades. 

As we continue to prepare of our students to effectively use technology, today’s second tip focuses on journal prompts that can be interjected into Google Classroom. Journal Buddies(http://journalbuddies.com) shares fabulous writing ideas and creative writing prompts and topics with parents, kids, teachers, and students. Here you will find thousands — yes THOUSANDS! — of writing and journaling prompts and ideas.

This is the “6th edition" of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F² T²) that shares technology tools and resources that can be integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers. 

Today’s first tip is Calculation Nation(http://calculationnation.nctm.org/ ) Calculation Nation® uses the power of the Web to let upper grade students challenge opponents from anywhere in the world. At the same time, students are able to challenge themselves by investigating significant mathematical content and practicing fundamental skills. The element of competition adds an extra layer of excitement. Please let me know if you need assistance with using this tool!

As we continue to prepare of our students to effectively use technology, today’s second tip is a repeat from a previous F2T2. It is a Typing resource called Typing.com(formerly Typing Web) (https://www.typing.com/ ) Typing.com allows teachers to grade and track student progress. It also allows students to complete interactive typing games and positive reinforcement.

Congratulations!! First Friday of 2017 is here!!!!

Good morning!  

This is the “5th edition" of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F² T²) that shares technology tools and resources that can be integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers. 

Today’s first tip contains constructive response items for reading, math & science.http://mdk12.msde.maryland.gov/assessments/k_8/index_d.html These items can be printed out or placed in Google Classroom. Please let me know if you need assistance with using this tool!

Today’s second tip is a double repeat from a previous F2T2. It is a Math resource called Prodigy Game (https://prodigygame.com ) Prodigy is a free, online, math-based, curriculum aligned, role playing game. Prodigy has content from all major topics and will seamlessly cover Grades 1 - 8 to help ensure your students are ready for standardized testing.
