This is the “9th
edition" of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F2 T2) that shares technology tools and resources that can be
integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers.
- The first resource is Kahoot https://getkahoot.com/. Kahoot! is a FREE classroom response system which creates an engaging learning space, through a game-based digital pedagogy. Great Learning Starts By Asking Great Questions. This educational platform brings engagement & joy to teaching & learning in any subject!
- The second resource is ReadWorks. http://www.readworks.org/ ReadWorks provides research-based units, lessons, and authentic, leveled non-fiction and literary passages directly to educators online, for free, to be shared broadly. The ReadWorks curriculum is aligned to the Common Core State Standards and the standards of all 50 states. Most importantly, ReadWorks is faithful to the most effective research-proven instructional practices in reading comprehension.
