Congratulations!!  It’s the final Friday of September!

This is the 10^th edition" of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F² T²) that shares technology tools and resources that can be integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers. As your school’s Educational Technology Specialist, I can support you with:

This week’s APS MyBackpack Feature tool is APSXchange. APS Xchange is an easy to use platform built for the APS workspace. With APS Xchange, we can discuss projects, share updates and communicate faster. Let’s learn from one another, inspire one another and engage another. You have multiple options to access this resource:

1. APSMybackpack,
2. An icon has been placed on your computer desktop
3. You can download the Workplace app on via the Android or Apple Store on your Mobile device & access using your Network credentials.

Looking for an additional resource to add to your technology center?  Did you know that you can create unique presentations using Microsoft Sway on the APS MyBackpack website? Microsoft Sway allows you to create visually stunning presentations, newsletters, and documentation in minutes! You can access it via https://sway.office.com and login using your APS credentials or use click on the Office 365 tile on APSMyBackpack.Need assistance?  Have you heard of the SEL tool Empatico(https://empatico.org/) Empatico is a free tool designed for teachers and students that connects classrooms around the world through an easy-to-use online platform. All of our activities are standards- and research-based, and they fit easily into existing curriculum. Empatico empowers teachers and students to explore the world through experiences that spark curiosity, kindness, and empathy. The tool combines live video with activities designed to foster meaningful connections among students ages 7-11.  And yes, it is FREE to use!!
