February 28, 2014-6th edition
Greetings!!! The final Friday of February 2014 has arrived!!!
This is the sixth edition of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F2 T2) that shares technology tools and resources that can be integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers.
There are two resources shared today in honor of completing the second month of 2014.
The first resource is entitled "Interactive Sites for Education" http://interactivesites.weebly.com/ These activities work great with your Promethean Board for whole group or small group instruction or use in the computer lab or at home. There are interactive activities and simulations for math, english language arts, science, social studies, brain teasers, music, art and more!
The second resource is entitled "19Pencils" http://19pencils.com/ With 19Pencils you and your students can quickly discover and reuse educational content from around the web. With 19Pencils you can easily discover, save, and manage these resources to use again and again.

Greetings!!!
This is the fifth edition of the Fabulous Friday Technology Tip (F2 T2) that shares technology tools and resources that can be integrated into your daily lessons, unit plans and classroom centers.
Today's resource is entitled "Stuff Ya Gotta Try!" http://www.edzone.net/~mwestern/stuff.html This is a well-organized collection of resources for teachers and students everywhere on the World Wide Web. There's even a special category for SmartBoard lessons. This works for students and teachers of K-12 classes.
The season of assessment is quickly approaching. Please share this site created by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company with parents in preparation for upcoming math assessments. There is a section on the site entitled Math Help Tips (http://www.hmhco.com/GoMathHelp/Help/Math-Help-Tips-Home) that can provide great tools and tips for parents to bridge the gap with math concepts between home and school.
